Part Time Practice
Adolescent Day Treatment Program

AHS is recruiting for this position.
AHS Sponsorship for CPSA Practice Readiness Assessment is not offered for this position.

Duties include working as a consulting psychiatrist for an adolescent mental health day treatment program. Collaboration with family counsellors is essential, and teaching at the clinical clerk, resident, and subspeciality fellow level is expected. Rounds are Thursday afternoons, and a minimum of two additional half-days on site are required.

Child & Adolescent subspecialty exam preferred

Child & Adolescent substance use experience preferred

The candidate must be eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.

Must read, write and speak English.

All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and Permanent Residents will be given priority.

Physician will be able to bill Fee for Service as per guidelines of Alberta Health and Wellnes Schedule of Medical Benefits (SOMB)
