Calgary Anesthesiologists support the Department of Anesthesia’s academic mission by teaching all levels of learners and participating in clinical and academic research. The position encompasses full clinical practice including on-call and appointment as a University of Calgary Clinical Lecturer.
The skill set that would most benefit the department at this time is point of care diagnostic ultrasound.
Fellowships will be regarded favourably, but will not necessarily be mandatory. Experience may be considered an asset.
Applicants must be a qualified MD or equivalent, with specialist certification in Anesthesia and be eligible for licensure in the Province of Alberta.
The candidate must be eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
