Qualifications include an MD, a specialist certificate in Neurology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, completion of a clinical headache fellowship, and eligibility for licensure in the Province of Alberta.
We require a neurologist who has demonstrated that their primary clinical interest is in the field of headache and who has an interest and an academic record of success in an academic environment. Proven clinical excellence, a record of working well within a team, demonstrated organizational, leadership, collaboration and teaching skills are required.
The successful candidate will become a member of the Section of Neurology Academic Medicine and Health Services Program and must be eligible for an academic appointment with the University of Calgary, Cumming School of Medicine, and the Department of Clinical Neurosciences.
The ability to participate fully in the Calgary City-Wide call schedule is required.
